  • Tags or labels added by you or AI

Note: Images may be processed by our background-removal or embedding partners to identify patterns, silhouettes, and attributes.

D. Device, App & Usage Information

  • Device type, OS, app version
  • IP address & approximate location
  • Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
  • In-app activity (e.g., features used, clicks, views)
  • Referral source

E. Purchase & Subscription Information

  • Subscription tier, renewal dates
  • Transaction IDs
  • Payment information handled by third-party processors (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe).

We do not store full payment card numbers.

F. Photos & Camera Access

If you grant permission:

We never access your camera or photo library without explicit permission.

  • Embedding/feature extraction services

All operate under contractual obligations and are prohibited from using your data for their own model training.

FitStyla is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in accordance with the U.S. COPPA law.
