FitStyla – Terms of Use

Welcome to FitStyla ("the App"), operated by FITSTYLA INC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using FitStyla on any platform, including iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.

1. Overview

FitStyla is an AI-powered fashion and outfit recommendation app that allows users to:

  • Upload wardrobe items
  • Generate stylish outfits using AI
  • Organize clothing
  • Receive personalized fashion recommendations
  • Access premium AI styling features

These Terms govern your access and use of FitStyla across all platforms.

2. Eligibility

FitStyla may be used by individuals of all ages. If you are considered a minor under the laws of your region, you may only use the App with the consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

You may register using:

  • Email and password
  • Google Sign-In
  • Apple Sign-In
  • Other supported authentication providers

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. FITSTYLA INC is not responsible for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

FitStyla offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium") that unlock additional features.

4.1 Billing & Payments

  • On iOS, billing is processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
  • On Android, billing is processed through Google Play Billing.
  • We do not store or process your card details.
  • Your subscription begins once payment is confirmed by Apple or Google.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4.3 Managing Subscriptions

  • iOS users: Manage via Apple ID settings → Subscriptions
  • Android users: Manage via Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions

We cannot cancel or refund subscriptions directly.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds must be requested through the respective app store:

FITSTYLA INC does not issue refunds for purchases made through app stores.

5. Intellectual Property

FitStyla and all related content and technology are owned by FITSTYLA INC, including:

  • App design and UI
  • Logos and branding
  • AI models (except 3rd-party APIs used)
  • Text, graphics, and images
  • Code, backend services, and features

Users may not copy, resell, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the App.

6. User Content

Users may upload images of their clothing items or wardrobe.

By uploading content, you grant FITSTYLA INC a limited, worldwide, revocable license to:

  • Process images for background removal
  • Generate outfits and styling recommendations
  • Improve AI and functionality

You retain full ownership of your images.

Content You Must Not Upload:

  • Copyrighted images you don't own
  • Violent, harmful, or sexual content
  • Illegal content, including stolen images
  • Malware or harmful files

We may remove or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

This explains how we collect, use, share, and store your personal data.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer or modify any part of the App
  • Use FitStyla for commercial resale
  • Interfere with servers, APIs, or network systems
  • Create fake accounts or misuse wardrobe features
  • Circumvent subscription systems
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

9. AI-Generated Output

FitStyla uses AI to generate outfits.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI suggestions may not always be accurate
  • Generated outfits are recommendations only
  • We do not guarantee fit, style accuracy, or item availability
  • You are responsible for any purchases or styling decisions

FITSTYLA INC is not liable for decisions made using AI-generated output.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free performance
  • Perfect accuracy of AI models
  • Compatibility with all devices

We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You upload harmful or illegal content
  • You attempt to manipulate the App or subscriptions
  • Fraudulent activity is detected

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

  • On iOS, your account and associated data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
  • On Android, you may choose to delete your account immediately or schedule deletion after 30 days. If scheduled, you may cancel the deletion request within the 30-day period by logging back into your account.

Upon deletion, your personal data, including wardrobe images and preferences, will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FITSTYLA INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for data loss, account loss, or security breaches caused by users
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months, if any
  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of performance or fitness for a specific purpose.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do:

  • The updated version will be posted on our websites
  • The "Last Updated" date will change
  • Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms
